How an engagement runs, start to follow-up.
Five steps, always in this order. Skipping the first two is how strategies end up built on guesses instead of the actual situation.
-
Discovery
Understanding the situation before forming an opinion about it.
We start with a structured conversation about the current situation: what exists online today, what it is meant to achieve, and what has and has not worked so far. No recommendation is made at this stage — the goal is a shared, accurate picture to build from.
Produces A clear, written summary of the current situation and its objectives.
-
Assessment
Reviewing what is in place against what it is meant to achieve.
We examine the existing presence in detail — positioning, platforms, content, consistency — and identify what is helping, what is neutral, and what is actively working against the stated objective.
Produces An honest assessment: what to keep, what to change, and why.
-
Planning
Turning the assessment into a direction that can be followed.
Findings become a plan: priorities, sequence, and the reasoning behind each choice, so the plan can be examined and questioned rather than taken on faith.
Produces A written strategy: what to do, in what order, and why.
-
Implementation Guidance
Supporting the plan as it is put into practice.
We guide the practical steps of putting the plan into action — direction on execution, review of what is produced along the way, and adjustments where reality departs from what was assumed.
Produces Ongoing guidance through execution, not a document handed over and left behind.
-
Follow-up
Checking that the plan still holds once it meets reality.
Once the plan is in motion, we review it against what actually happened and adjust it where needed. A direction that stops being examined stops being a strategy.
Produces A periodic check-in and, where needed, a revised plan.
